We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was serviced daily by polite and happy staff, ensuring cleanliness throughout our stay. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast with a wonderful variety of Asian food, including delicious omelettes. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a shopping mall next door that had a supermarket inside - perfect for grabbing snacks and drinks after a day of exploring the local market. Additionally, the reception staff were incredibly helpful, organising affordable transportation for us that ensured our stay was hassle-free.

Can't fault anything about this hotel. It was centrally located, with everything we needed within minutes of the hotel - perfect for exploring this bustling city.

swimming poll without water, very poor gym, bad materials in all the forniture y general, very very poor breakfast, no services. Don´t expect this is an Hotel, this is an medium/low appartment in a good builing. Terrible shower, small, and the hot water doesn´t work.

There was little attention paid to customer service. The front desk staff seemed uninterested in our stay.

Disappointed with hotel. It is clearly aiming at top end of the market judging by the price. However it falls well short. There is a charge to use the facilities (swimming pool, very small gym) even though they charged us $90 per night. The charge is minimal. The pool and gym is shut from 11:30 am till 15:30 pm. Not much good if you want to spend the afternoon relaxing. In a word: avoid. The price is too high for the poor facilities and have along way to go to justify their price.

Located near a hypermarket and department store, this hotel is very convenient for shopping. The shopping mall easily accessible from the hotel offers groceries, modern cinema, KFC, and Lotteria. With this cheap option, guests get access to a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining, and living room. The rooms are well-maintained and exceedingly clean.

Noise might be unpleasant for people who are sensitive to it.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. I loved how convenient it was to find food and transportation, with a big mall right next door. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was a great place to relax and cool off.

This place is highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
